ServiceNow field mapping

One row per task, shaped to survive a round trip. Field names follow the task table plus the custom columns this scheduler needs: design hours, phase, complexity tier, a peer-review flag, blocked-until, dependencies, and the projected finish it writes back.

Effort depends on the sector. MoJ work takes Maximum Estimated Hours straight from the MoJ Design Hours rate card — pick the type and the hours follow. Commercial work uses the Project Complexity Criteria: eleven criteria scored 1–5 give a tier (11–18 Simple, 19–27 Standard, 28–38 Complex, 39–55 Highly Complex), and tier plus phase fix the hour band and turnaround target. Hours schedule at 7.5 per designer-day. Travel is tracked separately and is not on this board. Peer review is scheduled work. MoJ designs get one day from the Team Lead. Commercial follows the tier: none at Tier 1, the Lead at Tier 2, Lead and Technical PM at Tier 3, and the Senior Tech and ATS Director as well at Tier 4. Asbuilts are not reviewed, and cannot start until their project’s install-complete gate. Every project carries five gates — peer review, release approved, order cut-off, install starts, install complete — on its own rail, plus any custom ones you add. Bars are filled by ServiceNow priority, Critical darkest through Planning palest; an amber or red outline means the task lands on or past its due date. Scheduling: each person has a working-day capacity and a WIP limit; whatever is active on a day splits that day between them. Blocked work stops until its resume date and drags its dependents behind it. Weekends are excluded. Dates ruled in red are outside our control.
